Dayna Grabeklis, Administration Specialist

Dayna is the primary consultant to our clients. She brings over 25 years of expertise to the organization including her intristic abiility to capture every detail and weave them into the overall mission and purpose of an organization.

Dayna's resume includes extensive Office Management, Executive Support and Accounting experience, as well as a HR and Staffing background. She has fully managed small offices that employed anywhere from 2 to 50 staff members, as well as providing staffing and human resources support to both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Her nonprofit background includes organizations such as United Way, Planned Parenthood, The Healing Woman Foundation, Hospice of the Valley, and Second Harvest Food Bank. Dayna currently serves as a Board member for the Wildlife Center of Silicon Valley, and has also contributed hundreds of volunteer hours to a variety of organizations.

Richard has over 25 years of high-tech customer support experience, combined with an in-depth knowledge of computer applications and programming. Richard serves largely as a behind-the-scenes resource for complex technical issues and projects.

Fee Schedule

Our services are tailored to you, your business, your needs. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We charge $25 - $75 per hour based on the type of work required, project focus, and the organization's nonprofit status.

Set fees can be negotiated for specific projects.

Computer training:

  • $75 per hour for a 1:1 session - session is tailored to the individual's training goals
  • $250 for a 1 hour class on Microsoft Word, Excel, or Outlook - hands-on learning for 4-6 individuals
